½ Cup of SunyGem Almond Oil

2 Tbsp Champagne Vinegar

2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

2 Tsp Dijon or Ground Mustard

3tsp Maple or Date Syrup

1tsp Lemon Zest

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except the oil, in a small bowl. Slowly add the oil in a thin stream while vigorously whisking the mixture.
